Long Range Precision Rifle Course Details

Interested in improving your long range hunting or competitive shooting skills 

This two day Long Range Precision Rifle course is designed to provide clients with the concepts, formulas, and marksmanship skills required to deliver consistent shots a extended distances.  

Clients will learn how to accurately adjust for changing conditions and forces that will effect the path of the bullet during flight. Students will gain the understanding how temperature, wind, angle, barometric pressure effects the trajectory and how to make the necessary corrections. 

All instructional classes are taught on a private basis working around your schedule. Group classes will also be available. Call or email the school to schedule your training. 

Learn the skills practiced on the front line by our first responder, law enforcement and military, which has allowed them to safely  to go home to their families.

If you are ready to hit targets at 1000 yards this is the course.

Day Two (Practical Application)

Making Elevation and Windage Adjustments (Practical Application)
Range Finding Techniques and Estimating Distance (Practical Application)
Using Data Ballistic Charts (Practical Application)

Course Requirements

Required Equipment

Rifle with Optical Sight (MRAD or MOA)

Reticle should be in MIL or MOA (hunting or BDC reticles are not recommended)

Scope must have adequate range of Elevation adjustment for bullet drop.

Turrets, must be in the same angular system of measurement (MOA-MRAD) as the reticle.  No Low Profile Sporting Turrets.

Day 1, Saturday, June 2, 2018 - Classroom

Day 2, Sunday, June 3,2018 - 1000 Yard Range 

Classes begin at 8am and end at 5pm

Courses can be scheduled on an individual basis. Call to schedule a course date.

If you need help sighting in a rifle for an upcoming hunt or event, our instructors can help for $40.00
